Whats wrong with

India's Election Commission. There are numerous posts on the blogosphere accusing the Chief Election Commissioner (Gopalaswami) and the Election Commissioner (Navin Chawla). The CEC claims the EC is a congress goon. The way the Law mister and Congress are reacting makes it clear what he is. It is ironic to see the so called secular media backing Chawla in an unprecedented manner. I mean for heavens sake he cannot be that good! See N Ram (Hindu editor) support the EC. I always thought Hindu was a Leftist paper. Now its seems even Congress is within the realm of what Hindu preaches. (see here for a line by line dissection of hindu's article and its fallacies)

Anyway! Like always Congress will get what it wants and surely appoint Chawla as the next CEC. We can't change that!

Looking for some joy

After what has been a dreadful sporting day for me (Please don't try the **** about the game of tennis being a winner) I was looking for some nice things to read and found this cricinfo specials section. It made my day a little better.

Tennis

It was a gut wrenching defeat. Somehow it does not seem right. Tennis will never be same again for me. With each of his losses its getting more and more difficult to watch the matches. Somehow Tennis is not as much fun as before. Its weird.
Lets see if I will have the enthu to watch tennis again!

Never

Never, after I started liking Federer, have I been so disinterested in a Final. This is ridiculous! It could be his greatest victory of all and here I am in a state of limbo!
