I think its time for Dhoni/Fletcher to step aside - not just purely because he is a poor captain; but you need to find somebody who can give the team a fresh impetus. There is the right ingredients for a good team and if the captain cannot coax it out of the team we need to look for a change. More importantly - the excuse that we had a weak retiring set of players does not work now and the team culture is really poor! May be a new combination will change things around.

Harsh Mandar (former NAC) wrote a crap article on why we should not reform labor laws. This is a rebuttal piece and a good one. Just look at the numbers. They tell the story.
240 million people in India produce same amount of food as 4 million in US. If that does not tell you something is wrong nothing ever will.
