As i sit here... late in the nite... trying to put some text on the word file i have been staring at for hrs...... i think..... in general....
i have been working out for the last 6 months.... nothing fancy... i do only 1 set... for abt 30-45 minutes.... but ...i agree i surprised myself with the level of enthu i put to do this.... i feel the effects are also good...
the question that arises is... why am i doing that.... one reason its a nice vent for my stress.... it takes up time.... and i still get to stay alone and be happy...
exactly simialr reasons for my book reading marathons..... have read 20 or so in the last year... not bad for a guy who could not read even one until btech 2nd year end
anyway ...life shall move on.....
