The pay cap of 500k might seem huge for normal people like us (I am sure nobody earning more than 500k per year will ever read this blog*). But the CEO's are used to pay checks of much larger amounts. So, now they might not have enough in it to risk their reputation to bring about a turnover. But lets see how the experiment will work!
