Looks like I screwed my knee temporarily.
I have the Runners Knee (Inflammation of the Illiotibial band -ITB)
started so as to run 15 miles and once I did close to 10 miles my knee just locked itself :(
So will have to rest my knee and should be more careful warming up!!

In my experience, knee injuries are mostly due to increasing mileage too quickly and also maybe due to wearing out of shoes.. For me knee injuries lasted atleast for one week, so take it easy..
