what will you do if you loose elections in some states. Issue them warnings, may be dismiss the governments and impose President's rule. I just cannot understand what moral authority a central government, which allows bomb blasts every 6 weeks, has to even send a warning to state governments regarding the state of law an order in their state.Were these warnings sent to West Bengal during Nandigram? Were these warnings sent to the Andhra Pradesh government during the violence related to land capture? Oh sorry the left was part of the government .. so no warning to Left in Bengal. And Congress rules AP so nothing can be wrong. So no warning there too. But Karntaka and Orissa aren't run by Congress (or congress friendly parties) so issue them warnings under the Article 355. This is crap!
