There appears to be something wrong with all the groups involved in this problem. The West Bengal Government and Mamta Banerjee are not handling things well. I cannot understand how there can be so many offers floating around with some being accepted up front and rejected the next day. it is simply ridiculous! Its appalling and what kind of sign are we giving to investors when you can't manage a crisis like this. This would give them a lot of confidence to invest in India!
