taking a step towards legalizing homosexuality? Well, not that fast. There is a court hearing going on attempting to legalize homosexuality. In India, if you declare you are gay you could face a life sentence. According to me, thats ridiculous. It is up to the individual to decide what he wants to do with his sex life. It is not for the government to set rules. So I hope the freedom to individual will be restored!
